FREE: Veterans Day Freebies! Complete list of restaurants offering military & veterans FREE food!




Veterans Day will soon be upon us all as it falls THIS MONDAY, Nov. 11, 2013, and there are going to be plenty of freebies offered up to American veterans of all wars. As reported and updated by Veterans Owned Business on Nov. 7, 2013, the list of Veterans Day 2013 freebies continues to grow and there are so many good ones that it will be hard to decide which to take.
Numerous restaurants, stores, and other businesses offer up free meals, free items, or serious discounts on what can be done and had.
Now, let it be known that not all free meals and discounts take place on Veterans Day 2013 itself, so make sure to notice when the freebies happen. Some stores actually have their Veterans Day sales throughout the entire weekend.
Here is a list of some of the restaurants that will offer up Veterans Day 2013 freebies:
On the Border: Veterans and active duty military can enjoy a free meal from the “Create Your Own Combo menu” on Monday, Nov. 11, 2013
Red Robin: – Veterans and active duty military get a free Tavern Double Burger and Bottomless Steak Fries on Monday, Nov. 11, 2013
Sizzler: Offering active duty and retired military members a free lunch from a limited menu on Monday, Nov. 11, 2013 until 4:00 p.m.
Chili’s: Free meal, Monday, Nov. 11 2013. Chili’s is offering all military veterans past and present their choice of one of 7 meals. This offer is available from 11am – 5pm on November 11, 2013 at participating Chili’s in the U.S. only. Dine-in from limited menu only; beverages and gratuity not included. Veterans and active duty military simply show proof of military service.
Denny’s: Veterans Day Appreciation Event, Nov. 11 2013. Free all you can eat pancakes from 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 11, 2013 for all active, retirees, and veterans with a valid military ID or proof of military service. Offer available in every Denny’s nationwide.
Applebee’s: Last year, Applebee’s served over one million free meals to military veterans and active servicemembers. Applebee’s is again offering a free meal to military veterans and active-duty service members on Veterans Day, Monday, Nov. 11, 2013. There will be 7 entrĂ©es to choose from, beverage and gratuity not included. Military ID or proof of service required.
Golden Corral: Free meal, Monday Nov. 11, 2013: The 13th annual Golden Corral Military Appreciation Monday dinner will is available to any person who has ever served in the United States Military. If you are a veteran, retired, currently serving, in the National Guard or Reserves, you are invited to participate in Golden Corral’s Military Appreciation Monday dinner.
Hooters: Free Meal, Monday, Nov. 11 2013. Hooter’s is serving up a free meal to military veterans all day on Veterans Day. Offer good for all veterans and active duty military personnel. Get 10 Free Wings – Boneless or Regular, drink purchase required. Offer valid at participating Hooters only; open to all active duty and military veterans with valid military ID or proof of military service.
Krispy Kreme: Free doughnut. Available only at participating Krispy Kreme stores. Offer available to all active-duty, retirees & veterans on Monday Nov. 11, 2013. Be sure to call ahead to verify your local Krispy Kreme is participating.
Little Caesars: Honoring the men and women of the United States armed forces this Veterans Day by providing veterans and active military members with a free Crazy Bread® with proof of military status or proof of service at participating stores nationwide. Call ahead to verify participation.
Lone Star Steakhouse: Monday, Nov. 11, 2013. Free Appetizer for military members and veterans. Taste of Texas Sampler not included. ID required, please call ahead for verification.
LongHorn Steakhouse: From Nov. 11 – Nov. 14, 2013 service members receive a complimentary Texas Tonion appetizer and non-alcohol beverage.
Outback Steakhouse: A week of Free Bloomin’ Onions and Cokes Friday Nov. 8 – Monday Nov. 11 2013. Outback Steakhouse is honoring America’s military veterans by offering active duty military and veterans a free Bloomin’ Onion and a Coca-Cola product during the week leading up to Veteran’s Day. This offer is available to Military Personnel with ID.
Red Lobster: From Nov. 11 – Nov. 14, 2013 service members receive a complimentary appetizer from a list of 10 delicious options, including New! Crispy Fried Green Beans, Lobster-Crab-and-Seafood-Stuffed Mushrooms and Sweet Chili Shrimp.
Shoney’s: Will be having a Veterans Day free meal on November 11, 2013 that consists of a free All-American Burger for veterans and active duty military
Subway: Free Six Inch Sub, November 11, 2013. Select SUBWAY® Restaurants will offer a FREE six inch sub or flatbread to military veterans on Veterans Day. This offer is valid only on November 11, 2013 at participating local SUBWAY® restaurants, Military ID or proof of service required.
Texas Roadhouse: Free lunch, Monday, Nov. 11 2013. Every Texas Roadhouse location across the country will participate in the free lunch event to honor the men and women of our armed forces. Choose from one of 10 free meals, plus sides and a drink. Offer good for All veterans – including all active, retired or former U.S. military. ID Required.
T.G.I. Friday’s: Free Lunch, Monday Nov 11, 2013. Valid for all US Military personnel and veterans. Must wear uniform (if permitted by your service) or present military ID or other proof of service. Only valid at participating locations for anyone with an old or current military ID.
Outback Steakhouse: Veterans & Active Duty Military will receive a free Bloomin’ Onion and beverage on November 11, 2013. Outback Steakhouse is also giving out a military discount of 10% off the total check November 12 to December 31, 2013.
The Olive Garden: On Nov. 11, 2013, service members receive a complimentary entree from a special menu, including Venetian Apricot Chicken, Sausage & Peppers Rustica and Spaghetti with Meat Sauce. Family dining with the service member receive a 10-percent discount on their meals as well. All entrees include freshly baked garlic breadsticks and choice of homemade soup or garden fresh salad.
7-Eleven: Free small Slurpee on Monday, Nov. 11, 2013 from 11:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Offer good to all current and former military members. ID or proof of service required.
